A brief career history
I engage in the research and development post at major maker after graduation in Hokkaido University.
At that time, I feel difficulty of the transmission of subordinate guidance and the message and begin study of the coaching based on psychology. I become independent as a consultant afterwards in order to undertake an enterprise by coaching.
In 2002, I register myself with federation of foundation all-Japan efficiency registration master management consultancy.
I perform coaching now led by an executive including the company top. Since the opening of business, I was engaged in the coaching of a total of 30,000 people. It is my work there is always answers in a visitor, and to arrive at it. I approach it than the psychological side and support the growth stimulation of an individual and the organization.
*The management consulting results

I perform coaching to do consulting effectively. About the management plan development support of the company, there are the results of 107 companies and teaches six companies as “a company victory imagination management plan” continuously now for seven years. I solved a wide variety of problems about the management of the company of various scales, but am good at particularly human correspondence problem solution.
*Necessity of the communicative competence An actual feeling
I get research and development job of the manufacturing industry. When I often explain it to other people while I work and teach it,
I realize that it “is hard to readily reach it that it can stream down” it. In the case of research and development job, there is much one attaching great importance to logicality, but communicative competence is necessary to push forward business.
However, I realize that there is few researcher that people are going to care about communication too much.
The thought increases whenever I hear the communication troubles of the Japanese researcher in foreign countries. I notice the leadership and the psychological necessity at the duties level such as the organization development and begin a study.
